I was just thinking of what an amazing time I had camping between Cosmic Recess and Glitter Camp this year. I wanted to send my love to all you Glitterati and Cosmic Recessicons! Big hugs and smoochies!!
Honestly, me and Craiggio don't know which of you two camps we don't belong to! What a great time we had.

This is a thred dedicated to finding the best most organic grooves on the playa. Of course these are my picks: FEEL FREE TO ADD YOUR OWN! I love live music, but I also love creative DJs. LAst year it worked out pretty good, most of what I had on a schedule did happen.

More Swing on the Playa

Hey Miranda and Stephen...
Here's some random bits on more swing on the playa... (i'm bringing swing dancers with me so i thought i'd scout out whats up there...)

First off, we will be at Bob's Rainforest (stephen will know where to find us)... I bal...but only follow (sorry)...neither Allen or Sue bal but both are awesome lindy hoppers.

Swing dancers Joel and Dave and some others are camping with "Ultra Stunt Danger Academy" just up the street from y'all. at 4:30 and Esp. (Joel doesn't Bal...Dave might...but is really more into lindy).... Look for his "Lindy Bus"

There are also some swing dancer right next door to you with the Moonshine Saloon camping at Fandango.

GrÃ²Ã³ville is hosting Swing/Salsa/Tango Mon - Wed from 8 - 11pm.... email erikaharris@gmail.com (http://www.burningman.com/calendar/playa/view_entry.php?id=3902&date=20060828) ...Sadly, we don't arrive until late Wednesday.

I didn't see anything else specific to swing but i'll keep my eyes open.

Lustre Storage Recommendation?

The word on the street is that Lustre is having a blast using storage space in Nevada.

If the rumours are true, could y'all provide a referral for Comfort & Joy?
We're looking for to set up a camp storage space this year and would love to learn from your experience.

I want to introduce myself and make a place for others to do the same. I know this tribe is not used very often but maybe that could change. I get the email newsletters but I love using tribe.net as well.
Hi! My name is Miranda. I am from Florida but I've been living in Salt Lake City for about 4 years. My main art form is performance art. I hoop dance, fire hoop, eat fire, breath fire and flesh. I am also a costumer and armature stilter. Last year was my first burn and I'm counting down the days for my sophomore experience. I camped Beyond the Zion Curtain last year. I have spent a lot of time this past year with AMO. I'm sure I associate with more people in Glitter camp then I know. I plan on finding a spot near Ray, LisaDay, Nathan, and Raven. I am excited to get to know this wonderful group. I have only heard and felt wonderful things about the entire village.

How's off playa life treating everyone so far? I'm in great spirits but finding it hard to concentrate on work. Tribe isn't helping!!!
